About this Recipe

Enjoy this sweet and refreshing beverage made with cinnamon and rice all summer long!

  • 2 cups of uncooked rice
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2-4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 ½ cups of coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon powder

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Soak uncooked rice, almonds, cinnamon sticks and 3 cups of water in a bowl, overnight.

Step 2

Blend soaked mixture in a blender.

Step 3

Strain blended mixture into a pitcher.

Step 4

Add 3 more cups of water, coconut milk, and vanilla.

Step 5

Add sugar and ground cinnamon to liking.

Step 6

Serve with ice.
