About this Recipe
Guacamole is a citrusy and creamy addition to any meal, and it’s delicious on its own. Enjoy with chips or as a side to your entree.

Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Mash the avocado with a fork and add the squeezed lime.
Step 3
Add the diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
