About this Recipe

Guacamole is a citrusy and creamy addition to any meal, and it’s delicious on its own. Enjoy with chips or as a side to your entree.

  • 4 avocados
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork and add the squeezed lime.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Serve and enjoy!
