About this Recipe
In Mexico, fruit is often enjoyed with a generous coating of salt, lime juice and chili powder. This recipe can be easily adapted to include all kids of fruit. Try for a delicious treat!

Ingredients
- 6 cups of various fruits, diced in 1-inch chunks
- Recommended fruits: apple, pineapple, cucumber, strawberry, grapes, cherry, mango, coconut, kiwi
- 1/2 cup of lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 2 tablespoons of salt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Mix the chili and salt.
Step 2
Add diced fruit in a large bowl.
Step 3
Pour lime juice over the fruit and toss to coat.
Step 4
Sprinkle chili/salt mixture over the fruit.
Step 5
If possible, chill the bowl of fruit in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
